What is the best weekly workout at the gym if i am a girl aiming for a more sculpted toned body?
I am currently going to the gym about 5 days a week. I do about 30-40 minutes low intense cardio. However I want to begin working with weights. I am aiming for a hard firm stomach and nice tight butt. I am also currently on a low carb diet. Can someone tell me whats the best workout for me per week? which gym equipment should i use and how can I shrink my waist line also..
