Where can i buy a cheap over bust corset?

I’m looking for a black, velvet boned over bust corset for my Halloween costume. I’m looking for a used one under 70 American dollars, in good condition, to fit an approx. 34-36″ waist and ribs and 36-38″ bust. I do understand that this will, more then likely, make me much smaller, but i’d still like it to fit. any suggestions?
