If I want to get a backless top for my wife, how does she wear a bra?

I know there are bras that are strapless in back, but are they uncomfortable to wear or are they annoying? Or is there such a thing as a bra built in to a top?

Yes, there are backless bras. There are also bras that go around the back but very low (like towards her butt). They’re rather uncomfortable though. But yes! There are shirts with bras built in.
